How to get started

How to create an Office pro account

01. CREATE AN ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT

The administrator clicks the required subscription and follows the prompt which will redirect him/her to a registration form. Fill the form and submit. Wait for approval for the Officepro setup. After receiving notification that account has been approved via email, login using the information provided in the initially filled form including the password.

Administrator account is open.

02. SETUP YOUR OFFICE

With the admin account created, the admin can setup the staff accounts of the other employees within the organization. To create a staff account and assign roles to them, the admin clicks on the employee navigation on the left hand side of the dashboard, clicks “Employee List”, click “New” and fill the form for each employee.

03. MANAGE YOUR EMPLOYEE WITH EASE

Within this setup, the admin can manage and make use of the features within the application. These are namely; Human Resource, Payroll, Inventory Management, Petty Cash, Communication & Collaboration, Time Management, Reports, Requests, Invoice, Memo, Task & Project Management, Query and Leave Request. All 13 features have unique usages which are further explained in the tutorial on the admin dashboard.
