I received an Office Pro email asking me to create an account. What does it mean?

If you have received an email asking you to create an Office Pro account,it means your enterprise has subscribed to the
software and has created an account for you on the software and asked you to join.

I am new to the Software. What do I do?

If you are new to this software, there are some things that you may find helpful.
Get a quick overview of the software through our Users’ Guide. This is available with the administrator.

Some Features are not functioning on my System.

Your enterprise might have subscribed to a version of the software that does not contain all the features. Contact your administrator for more information.

Login Problems

• Check for typos or a wrong keyboard layout.
• If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery means by clicking “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”.
  A password reset link will be forwarded to your email
• If you still can’t login or didn’t see the password reset mail, contact your administrator.

I Would Like to Change my Password

To change password, go to the account profile (top right corner). Click “Update”. Input current password, enter and confirm the new password.

I need to replace the Administrator

The administrator is the original creator of the account under whose dashboard the software is subscribed and registered and who creates accounts for other users of the software.
If the administrator needs to be replaced and the account details cannot be recovered, contact us at contact@officepro.com
If a free plan is in use, you need to upgrade to a paid subscription for the administrator to be replaced.

I want to add other staff to the Office Pro Account

By default, only the administrator can add accounts. If there is any need to add an account, contact the administrator. For how to add accounts to the platform by the administrator, consult the Users’ Guide.

My colleague’s dashboard and features are different from mine.

This is because you are graded differently and assigned different accounts based on your position and department in the establishment.

What does it mean that Office Pro is a Cloud software?

It means that Office Pro is hosted online and can be accessed with any device connected to the internet from anywhere and at any time.
This is different and has advantages over Self Hosted Office Management software which can only be assessed at the establishment premises.

How does the attendance time work?

The attendance time allows staff to sign in to work at the resumption of duty
